Web Based WYSIWYG Form Builder
A few months ago I was looking for an easy way to handle my form submissions for a non-CMS based website. After some searching I found JotForm, so called the “first web based WYSIWYG form builder.”
I was actually so impressed with JotForm that I used it for a good while. What is JotForm, exactly? JotForm is a way to visually build your forms online. All you do is simply drag and drop your fields where you want them, and you are done. JotForm has support for many different type of input boxes such as: checkbox/radio buttons, text, file uploads, and SPAM protection, to name a few. JotFrom also lets you accept payments from PayPal, Google Checkout, and others via a secure submission. You can read about more features here.
JotForm does have a free service that allows for 100 form submissions a month (completely add free, as well) and a paid service that allows for unlimited submissions for $9 per month. For a complete comparison of the two services, look here.
I found JotForm very easy to use. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to save some time on their form programming. For what you get, the paid service doesn’t even seem like that bad of a price.

There’s a similar service that I’m planing to use FREQUENTLY, because I really hate to create forms and this one helped me allot.

Worths the check, plus I think it creates smaller footprint (in terms of CSS & JS) compared to JOTForms.
Looks like an interesting service. I couldn’t tell from a quick glance at their main page if they actually host your form like JotForm or just give an easy way to create it. Looks like its worth checking out though. Thanks for the tip neogrey!
