Google Apps Giveaway
So as you can tell I’m quite happy with my new domain emails hosted by Google Apps. I just purchased Sohail’s Gmail Notifier for Google Apps because the normal Gmail notifier doesn’t work with it (for a very cheap $6.99). I realize I could have used the Google Talk client but I don’t like having to keep it open all the time.
So because I’m in such a good mood I’m having a Google Apps Giveaway. Here’s what’s up for grabs:
- Four (4) copies of Sohail’s Gmail Notifier for Google Apps (one for four different people)
- and to one lucky person I’ll personally set up your domain on Google Apps, get your domain verified, switch your domain’s MX servers over to Google’s, and make sure every thing’s working. Plus, you’ll get a copy of Sohail’s Gmail Notifier for Google Apps.
So how do you win? Leave your best (clean, non-adult) knock-knock joke in the comments below. I’ll chose a bunch of good ones and randomly make the awards. That’s right. Nothing fancy, no blog posts, just a knock-knock joke!

Just thought I’d post to say that Gmail notifier (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/173) for Firefox works with Google Apps.
I don’t have a knock-knock joke but this is close, quote from Catch Me If You Can -
Carl Hanratty: Well, would you like to hear me tell a joke?
Earl Amdursky: Yeah. Yeah, we’d love to hear a joke from you.
Carl Hanratty: Knock knock.
Earl Amdursky: Who’s there?
Carl Hanratty: Go f*** yourselves.
Love that movie.
Ha! That’s a great one! Thanks for contributing!
I have a big problem with applications that are hosted remotely - I’m mobile and sometimes there’s not internet service where I go. I need access to my documents and the online stuff just doesn’t cut it for me.
I’ll stick with OpenOffice - it’s free and makes sense for people that are really on the go!
Here’s my knock knock joke.
