Pownce Emerges from Beta

by John Kolbert as Tech News | Tags: ,

Pownce, a service that allows you to send files and messages to your friends, has just announced that they are shedding their beta tag and opening their doors to the public. According to the email I received, the public launch will happen on January 22nd.

Pownce is an interesting service that I reviewed a while back. If you haven’t tried it out yet, in a few weeks you’ll get your chance.

@Jeffro I’ve been pleasently surprised by their service. There are a lot of startups that I just shake my head at and ask “Why?”.
